I bought this adjustable bed in 2016 and it was a pretty expensive purchase for me. After 4 years one of the motors died and I contacted the customer service. Jim was aming and he told me exactly what to do and once all his suggestions failed to produce result, he sent me a new motor. I would have given it a 3 star but the service and replacement made it a 5.
