Heres the deal. I like this platform. However, it wasnt well thought out for example, I ordered a king bed and it only comes with one remote (I didnt even get one, mine was missing I had to call and get them to ship me that and legs that were missing) further they have a great function on the bed two charging port but again only on one side of the bed. I would understand on a twin but this is a king. Also it doesnt come with bed strap so often the bed isnt on platform if I get up the bottom of bed just floats. The massager is ok but it should be called a fibration. Anyways, this isnt cheap but it less inexpensive of similar beds and it serves my needs. I just wish they thought the product through a little more.
