sleeping flat is so archaic after sleeping on an adjustable bed. we have had these for 3 years now and hate going away for a weekend and sleeping flat. it really is incredible how much of a difference it makes to sleep better, snoring, etc. and you really dont adjust it much once you find your spot. we thought wed be going up and down on a daily basis but i dont think we have moved our spots for a couple months. We matched these with a tuft and needle twin xl and pushed two together. Been working awesome together.
