I am a 60+ year/old female with a technical ability rating of about negative 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I assembled two of these adjustable frames and programmed the remotes in less than an hour. As one other reviewer said, if you can read this you can do this. I bought these in the bundle with the mattresses and saved about 2000 altogether over what the bed stores wanted for a similar setup.
