I gave it a five because this bed is great! I couldnt find a better deal for the money. We coupled the frames with Nectar mattress and after 2 months we still love our beds. The vibration mode works well at any speed. I gave the vibration mode a four because the positioning is a little off on the vibration message. But for an average person this would be about right. My wife and I are both short people under 54. This bed coupled with this mattress is very comfortable. I have re/flux and this cured it and I dont slide off the end of the bed because my legs are raised as well. My wife says I no longer snore!!!!. I like a firm mattress and my wife likes a soft one but somehow the Nectar firm works for both of us. Every function of the bed and remote work well. The only trouble we had is that initially we only received one box for the beds. What they are is two XL single bed frames. So you should receive two identical boxes. It took us an extra 10 days to get the other frame because they didnt understand. I guess if I had to reorder it I would call direct and order it that way.
