My ex/girlfriend was having horrible and debilitating nerve pain from the back/neck issues. I bought this for her out of desperation to see if it would help. It has had a dramatic effect.
I was worried when I bought it, especially since they recommended not having more than a 10 memory foam mattress. (I had mistakenly bought an 8 memory foam mattress thinking it was the same mattress that I bought before. No support and you could feel the box spring underneath.)
So after it was all set up I was very pleased that the recommend mattress was good. The build quality of the bed is what you would expect at this price point; simple, sturdy enough, and no frills.
I dont know if I can empathize enough just how easy this was to put together. The ability to put together an IKEA bookshelf will over qualify you.
The only negatives I have about it is that the motors seem a little small. I dont know what the long term use of theses will do. The other is that you have a remote control for the bed, but no buttons on the bed itself. If you loose the remote you will not be able to adjust the bed. Since there are children there, (who a month later have not gotten enough of playing with it) I bought a cable like you see in stores to keep the remote with the display item.
