After 9 months of perfect use, I had an issue with the foot not raising. Emailed customer service where they not only sent out a new foot motor but eventually a new control box. No hem/hawing or talking of warranty or anything.just took care of it. 100% fixed the problem. DONT HESITATE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANYTHEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!! Now my queen bed is back to keeping my back feeling great. Thanks !
