I was like most, very skeptical about buying site/un/seen online. BEST decision ever!. Needed adjustable base for surgery reasons. I am SO impressed. All the Big Box mattress companies wanted so much more money. Dont waste your money. This was great. Yes, it is a heavy product. You could handle by yourself, but so much easier if you had help. Super easy to assemble. Everything is color coded with plug and play. Only reason why I wont do 5 stars is because the head of the bed is about 1 lower the foot of the bed. You only notice when the bed is totally flat which I only use when I am changing sheets. But other than that love it! Tips: 1)Open the box where you want to install. 2) Keep all the zip ties ( I use them to lift my wires so my roomba can vacuum under the bed without catching the extra wire. 3) Multiple heights on the feet. So measure to see what height you want! 4) Get help flipping the bed when ready. 5) Base slides on laminate flooring so either put it on a rug or large circles of that 2 non/slip mat stuff you put in kitchen drawers. ( Stuff works great! ) Overall very happy with the product.
