The product itself is great. It was reasonably easy to assemble (the largest complication just being the size and weight of the thing) and functions as well as the TempurPedic base I have tested.
I opted for scheduled delivery instead of standard shipping and it was a mistake. This feature might be useful in more populated areas, but for anyone in a rural state, its the opposite of convenient. I wound up having to get some strong helpers and drive the four hours round trip to the shipping facility to pick it up myself / two weeks after the expected delivery date. I realize that cant really be held accountable for the actions of shipping companies but its important for buyers to know before ordering.
