First off, it is a great base, did not realize it had the message option and USB plug in area. However, it did take all day for UPS to deliver, didnt arrive til after 8pm. So it did take us awhile to put together.
Instructions were not clear, and parts were missing, I had to go to Home Depot to get the missing parts. Was not happy about that, the box was damaged and the parts box was opened and riped apart, which is why parts went missing. Which is why I am giving 3 stars. But the base works great.
P.s. this package is over 100bls so it is very heavy!!!!!
