Bought this adjustable bed in hopes that it would help with back pain and snoring issues. Ive never tried any other adjustable beds, so I dont know if it is just this particular bed, but none of the numerous different positions Ive tried adjusting it to are comfortable whatsoever. Im only able to sleep through the night when its just flat. For
Additionally, there were the following issues:
1. It was clear right after opening the box that this was not a brand new unit. There were scuff marks and scratches that indicated prior use, and the part that holds the power brick had obviously been tampered with and put back together incorrectly.
2. Two of the leg posts were nearly impossible to screw in. One was so difficult that I injured my wrist rather badly trying to force it in. (Warning: The leg posts are hollow and all of them had small scraps of sharp metal inside of them that fell out of them and into the carpet)
3. The USB feature is useless if you are using the bed with a bed frame. The ports are on the side and get obstructed by the frame.
4. The remote is extremely unresponsive, unnecessarily big, not intuitive, difficult to use in the dark, and none of the presets are comfortable positions.
5. Ive had the leg motor stutter and fail to respond twice after in less than one month of use.
6. The vibrate feature even on the highest setting is too weak to be worthwhile.
7. Its very heavy and difficult to move.
I missed my return window while waiting for my mattress to be delivered, so Im stuck with a 500 frame that is only being used as a regular flat bed.
(for reference I am using the bed with a Leesa memory foam matress)
All around disappointment
