It came damaged and the manufacturer refused to replace the one damaged piece. They said total return or partial refund only. How about you replace the one damaged piece? Poor customer service and poor customer experience. Because of this, I doubt Ill buy from this company again.

Otherwise, its a solid bed so far. Not super great quality, but its good for the price. Seems pretty sturdy so far, at least for a five year old. I, myself, wouldnt crawl up there for a snooze, and Im just 115 pounds. But a 5060 pound seven or eight year old, sure, it works just fine.
I assembled it by myself without any difficulty, but dont tighten anything too much or itll start cracking and falling apart. Not great quality wood.
Long story short, its a 2/3 star item. Im probably being a little generous giving it straight up three stars.
