This frame is awesome! It came in one box and literally every single part of the bed was tucked neatly into the back of the head board which doubles as a storage unit for all the parts. It was relatively easy, took maybe like 30-40 minutes to assemble and it came with actually useful tool to use. The main part of the headboard is soft and not at all hard. Really love it and it fits perfectly with their 14 foam mattresses. Also the price is amazing for the size!
