This bed seems well made, but perhaps not ideal for a memory foam mattress. 2 stars only because I contacted customer service in hopes of getting some additional support slats to bolster the platform, but was essentially told, We dont have any, sorry. No effort was made to help me get the materials needed to be completely satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunate, because I otherwise like the bed.
