I ordered the product once with minor dents and was OK with it. Its barely visible as the color is black, but in a certain light, since the product is mostly made of metal, you can see it. Like a dent in a car. I ordered another matching one at a later time and many more dents. I contacted the seller and they refunded me $40 after debating with them. They were however, very polite. I understand that when leaving their facility, damage may happen. I just hope they package the product better. It is nice and modern/sleek. Assembling can be tricky but not extremely difficult.
