Assembly was very quick and straightforward but ensure you lay out the correctly before attempting to attach the screws. It is much easier for 2 persons to assemble together and all hardware is provided.
I purchased an 8 inch thick latex mattress which works well with the bed and with the pillows you can see there is still enough visible above that.
For the first bed it took about 30 minutes to assemble and to ensure we did everything correctly. For the second bed, it took about 10 to 15 minutes max.
There was no damage to the bed frame even though the box had minor tears/damage. It was well packaged inside with Styrofoam sheets for great cushioning and to prevent the parts from moving around.
Im so happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
