There is a 13 line stain on our arm piece, not quite sure how to remove it, but at this point we do not want to return it.
Upside: It is a lovely piece. The material is a soft, brushed fabric. It is comfortable, quite firm, and easy to move around. Not a bulky piece in the living room - nice addition. The storage area is a positive factor.
