Mismatched Side Panels, Missing Bolts, and No Instructions
I was given 2 dark grey side panels and 2 light grey when I ordered the light grey velvet bed. There was a small tear in the corner of the headboard. There were 8 missing bolts to hold the slats into place so I had to purchase more elsewhere. Assembly instructions weren't provided so I had to find them online on the manufacturer website.
All in all, the bed is sturdy and the material is soft and the color is pretty.
