Quality bunk beds, customer service finally came through.
The bed set itself is good quality. The two stars is for the missing ladder rails that I have been waiting three weeks to get tracking information for the replacement rails.

They are now shipping a new unit to us as the replacement parts needed are out of stock. I increased the star rating to four stars because we are happy with the quality of the beds. Great price and somewhat durable.
