The item, a couch, somehow got lost by the shipper somewhere across the country. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement. It arrived unfortunately missing 1 part and the seller immediately shipped me another whole sofa! The product was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Things happen when you buy online, but these folks are excellent at resolving any issues and pleasing the customer.
