I was impressed with the packaging and protection for shipping. Easy instructions. Super easy to assemble. Gave me the Allen wrench which was the only tool needed. I did need tools to take apart my old base just so you know you might need tools. Electronics are quiet. Nice smooth operation. Remote works great. It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend this frame.
