The seller was very responsive and professional. They were courteous and prompt with their response. Inreceived a new bed and it worked perfectly. Very happy w it. It is sturdy and looks really good. Thank you!
The bed was fairly easy to assemble but did take some time.
The problem is after hours of assembly, the cross bars all were short of their support niche. The cross bars were not long enough. See the attached pictures. Still waiting on the seller to get back to me.
