This is a great table for my NYC living room since its not too deep when its folded. It can seat four comfortably, or be used as a desk with one or both leaves raised. To address the valid concern of reviewers here regarding the table accidentally closing when in use, I bought and installed two sets of 2-inch hooks and eyes (see picture where it is installed on one side).
