I ordered these in the size I would typically use for agricultural boots (half a size larger than my shoe size) and they fit well.
The boots are typical thick rubber agricultural style with aggressive soles. They do the job. I was expecting thicker material from the rest of the waders, however these fit nicely and were easy to adjust. Assuming the fabric holds up to use I think it would be greatly preferable to rubber chest waders The inside chest pocket was a nice touch as well.
As soon as they arrived I slid them on and walked into the pond. The water was cold and the mud was sticky but everything seemed to be going well. I ended up going in about waist deep before I worried that the sucking mud at the bottom of the pond was going to trip me. After a few minutes I thought my right knee felt a little damp, and worried that there might be a small leak, but once I got out my pants were completely dry.
The boot hanger and carrying bag are well-thought-out excellent features and I appreciate that they were included.
These are really going to come in handy and Im glad I got them.
