When I received the chair, both arms were split. I contacted the company thinking I needed to return the whole chair. They offered to send replacement arms. The replacements arrived quickly and I was able to assemble the chair. The company made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and was quick to respond to me. Though the chair itself was a little tricky to assemble, I love it in my living room. I would buy from this company again.
