Unit came in 2 large heavy boxes, was delivered to me at work in a fairly quick manner for a free shipping item. Took home to install, directions were fairly straight forward but still you need some basic mechanical apptitude. Went together fine with all the parts supplied, but be carefull not to loose any as there are NO SPAIRS, so if you drop a pin/screw you might have to find it. Unit works fine but if you leave the doors open for any period of time with the DVDs loaded they will sag and magnets to hold shut wont line up quite right again. Only complaint is that the unit came covered and filled with enough sawdust to make a general mess of my livingroom floor and enough static cling on it to take quite some time to clean up. If they blew off all the extra sawdust before shipping item would be perfect! Good deal no matter what, just make sure you have some pledge handy!
