I ordered two armoires and one had a crack in the door. I contacted Sauder customer service and they were extremely pleasant and helpful and shipped me a replacement door, no questions asked. The door arrived two days later. I couldnt be more pleased with their customer service. The quality of the units are fair for the price. I added an kallax cube unit between the two and it looks great.
