well/packaged. very good, easy/to/folllow instructions. took me about an 1hr and 40mins to put together.
comes with an allen wrench, will also needs a phillips/head screw driver which does not come with it.
only negative is that it was slightly wobbly, i realized this too late for me to back track and try to adjust the legs.
