Customer service was great to resolve issue. One of the side pieces is missing the wood with Velcro piece that holds the middle support. There is no way for the bed to work without it. I was hoping that I could just have them send me another one of these pieces, but the only option is to return. Returning seems like more work than figuring out something on my own. Before building I inventoried that I had all material, however I didnt make sure all piece were complete.
I love how easy this bed was to assemble. Everything was zipped right into the headboard(Genius!) Which, if it ever needed to be moved elsewhere, could easily fit back in there for easy transfer.

I bought this for my seven years old daughter and she absolutely loves it!! So happy with this purchase. I was able to assemble it completely by myself within 30 minutes, it was just that quick and easy! It was so well worth the price and I would even say that its a steal!!
