Though the bed ended up not working for us, I must compliment the vendor for assisting us with a return well after their typical return time. We had built the bed and gone on vacation for four weeks. Upon return my daughter decided this was not for her and they accomodated us with shipping pick up and a refund. We are grateful and recommend this vendor if considering purchasing from them.
Product is good...if they learn how to store and ship it properly. Sadly they dont. We ordered a white one and a brown one. Both boxes came to us after having gone through some type of war. Parts were scratched or cracked. We decided to keep it since it was still a good value. Beds are sturdy. Instructions are mostly understandable. Very nice and sturdy
Very nice and sturdy. Looks great in our daughters room. Plenty of space underneath for a desk and dollhouse / my kid loves it!
