2nd time we’ve bought this couch , first one was the gray one and we have it to our son when we moved out of state , super comfortable and very well made , great price and we didn’t wait long to have it delivered , took about 2Weeks , bought the second one in brown and the colors are deep and true to color , highly recommend this couch, both sides open to make one large foot area which is great, mechanism to open is smooth and easy . Buy this you won’t be sorry
The color is great. A Little darker than I expected but not in a bad way. The fabric is very soft very much like micro velvet. But the main reason I wanted this sofa was that it reclines all the way back so that sleeping is very comfortable. It has great back support And is very comfortable couldn’t be happier. Oh and a sidenote the delivery was perfect. It came on time the delivery guys were professional. The sofa arrived undamaged and No damage was caused in the delivery process to the home or the sofa it was quick and easy and all-around a great experience. In this day and age having a purchase and delivery Experience this positive Is hard to find.
Product is nice looking, delivery person was one guy. There is a separation in the middle of the sofa of about one inch. It looks like it’s damaged. Not sure what to. Couch material is good, reclines great but that separation in the middle of sofa is very obvious and looks as though it may have been put together wrong???
Couch arrived on time but when I started to assemble, I started noticing some problems.
I had to rip the fabric to be able to install the bolts and there were 3 holes for screws that werent even drilled to install the legs. Quickly sent pictures to seller and they offered full refund for their error or a replacement.
The reclining mechanism on this couch is really poorly designed and resulted in one of the sides of my couch needing me to re-seat the pin and twist tie the wire in place.
The backs will make a clicking noise when you press in on them, making you feel a bit like theyre broken.
Other than that, its a pretty comfy couch. I cant say I would buy another one from this brand because of the above items, indicating a general lack of solid engineering to me.
It’s pretty hard. Big gap in the middle. My friend had one a few years ago and it was so comfortable! The quality has drastically decreased since, in my opinion. Try in store before purchasing.
It is a nice looking sofa and the arms are plush. The recliner operates nicely. However the seats are extremely firm. I hope they will settle in over time.
The couch is small enough and easy to assemble, but its not particularly comfy. Its not deep enough to truly lounge on the couch and the cushions arent well padded enough. Id probably try to buy a couch second hand instead of spending it buying this couch again.

I wrote the seller (with photos) and asked if they can send me the right back.
Their response was -
We need to explain that 360° view is automatically generated by , which
is not the real view of the sofa. According to your pictures, you have assembled
in right way. And the interval between them is a part of our design.
THIS IS DECEIVING!
My sofa is free floating in the room and it shows. Looking at my pics you can see how the back leans back. You can also see the black brackets between each section. I may paint those so they dont stand out so much. It seriously looks like each section can recline only it doesnt. IF I can buy some fabric that is 100% match, I will cover up the back.
Besides the back, I like the look of the sofa. I measured the old sofa and this one is almost exact but it looks smaller. It is certainly very light weight compared to my old one.
The seating cushions are very firm. I wish they were a little softer. It feels like there might be springs in it. The back pillows were okay but I did what another poster did, I stuffed them with more fluff. Now that it is stuffed, I dont need another pillow at my back to sit comfortably, Im 53. The pillows and cushions were wrinkled but starting to settle down after a few days.
Putting the sofa together was simple enough.
Overall, I love the look of this sofa but VERY UPSET WITH THE BACK. Again, I bought this one vs others because of the back posted on the ad. The seller had NO REMEDY FOR ME either. I guess I just have to live with this until I decide to get another.

great for a one bedroom apartment you would just be lounging on. very firm, so it’s not all that comfortable. kinda small, but so am I.
