I was skeptical ordering a bed from but this is a great bed! Good quality and sturdy construction. Perfect for my four year old but will support adult weight.
I was really impressed at how well-packed everything was. The directions are pretty darn good for flat-pack, and the labels on all the hardware were ultra-clear. The bed is sturdy and good-looking.
I was impressed with the careful packaging, labeling and timely delivery. The instructions were clear and detailed. To help assemble, I took all the hardware and sorted it into a muffin tin with labels. Some of the steps are best done with a helper. The quality pleased us very much!
I was happy to find a bed with a trundle and drawers and wasn’t expecting perfection but I didn’t expect as much damage as I found. This bed is acceptable for something that is going to be jumped on and scratched up by kids but if it were for an adult I would be very displeased. It’s packaged well but a lot of the pieces were packaged damaged. The drawers don’t close flush and the wheels for the trundle are better replace by some furniture carpet slider. The instructions were wrong in at least two places or they have changed the design and not updated the paperwork not a huge deal but it shows the lack of quality. All in all it’s a good kids bed don’t expect perfection.
I was able to assemble this entire bed while my little one napped. It took me about an hour and a half by myself. Instructions were easy to read, and seems very sturdy!
I was a bit sketchy about ordering a bed off but it was the best decision. It was extremely easy to put together. I even manually put the screws in to the slates without a drill. Sturdy enough for my little rascal and looks beautiful. It looks like I spent a lot of money on it which I like. No complaints. Shipped faster than predicted and I assembled it in 30 min or less.
I want to start by saying I am extremely pleased with this seller's customer service. There were a few issues but they were quick to respond and great with taking care of the issue. I did love the product and once the issue is fixed it is completely worth every penny. I'm glad I went with this company for my purchase.
I waited a while to review this to see how well the bed held up and I have to say this bed is very nice. First it is made from solid wood with the exception of some of the small panels that it doesn't make a difference structurally. The bed was extremely easy to assemble and all the parts were clearly marked and separated in to labeled bags that made putting it together simple. That being said it will take you some time to put it together, it took me about 2 hours, there's just a lot stuff to put together. It's essentially a bed that has a dresser underneath it. This is a nice design as you can easily change the drawer from one side to another as they are not connected. I had another bed with storage underneath for one of my older kids and it was not this way so if you re-arranged the room you had to disassemble it and reassemble it the way you wanted, it was a pain. All in all this bed is top notch and I highly recommend it.
I understand with the trundle, it’s going to be higher than an average bed but I was definitely surprised at just how high it is. We had to get a pet step for my son’s dog to be able to get up there. But he loves the shelves in the headboard. And if you’re getting a mattress from one of the popular online companies, it adds additional height.
