I put this baby together by myself and it only took about 30 minutes. seems super sturdy, looks nice, gives a little raise to the bed but not too high. love it!
The PERFECT solution for our guest room! We already have cherry furniture, and this cherry stain matches it quite nicely. We have the queen size in the corner of a small guest room and we have it set up as a daybed, using angled pillows on the wall. No headboard or footboard (which is what we wanted) but you can see the wood so its obvious its not just a plain metal frame. The slats work well too, did not need to buy anything but this frame and a mattress before we could use it.

Ive always had bed frames with side posts so Ive had no issues with running into it like other have. Its one small post on each side so I dont even know how thats a common issue. But its absolutely perfect!
