I have a herniated disc in my back, and when I combine this frame with the 10 inch medium firm mattress they advertise, it really helped me a lot.
I love watching movies in an inclined position and no longer have to strain my neck.
Maybe I havent quite figured out the best spot for the massage function to work but it felt slightly underwhelming for me.
USB ports are a fire hard.
The adjustable bed works fine, including vibration, after a year of ownership. The remote control has no backlight, but is functional as Ling as you know what buttons to push. However, I noticed recently that my devices are getting hot while charging on various cables plugged into the beds USB ports. This week, a cable end that plugs into my iPhone got so hot that it melted (to the point of being unusable). Fortunately. I was able to pull the cable out of the phone.
Will update my review if the company responds to my service request about the problem.
Its way heavier than you think but it pretty much comes in 99% assembled. Its great. Good quality and worth the money. And it fits on top of my old bed frame perfectly.
This bed frame worked great for the first year. Before it hit 1.5 years old, however, the motors stopped working. Worked through the troubleshooting and still no luck. Had to leave a message for the seller so hopefully they will call back and make this right soon!
My husband had it assembled quickly, probably took thirty minutes.
It was delivered in just a few days too.
We like the ease of the remote and the frame is very sturdy.
Exactly what I was wanting! And even better than expected! How did I live without this before. Great price for an aming product. Weve had it for several months now with daily use and no problems. Definitely recommend this bed frame. Also the extra storage underneath is a really nice bonus.

Beds USB ports are melting my charging cables at both ends.
