Good, solid frame. Was easy to get out of box and screw legs on. The only thing I dont like so far is that the USB ports are only on 1 side of the frame and not on both. It makes no sense on a Kong size bed not to have them on both sides. Besides that we really like it so far.
Its heavy so youll probably need help moving it to where you want to install it. One person can assemble / install this Full Size frame (I did) but it would be easier with 2 people because the frame weighs over 100 pounds.
It works flawlessly and the remote is good. It would be nice if the remote had a button just to light the buttons the buttons only light when you actually push a Function button to make something move.
Theres lots of room to store stuff under the bed AND you can tilt both ends way up to stick a stick vacuum in and clean under the bed.

I was uncertain about ordering an adjustable bed from , but so far I am pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Yes, the box was pretty banged up and the remote and batteries had come loose inside and were tossed around, but thankfully there was no damage. The features on the remote are aming. I made the mistake of falling asleep with my head raised too high on the first night and woke up with a sore back, but quickly learned to just use the ZG (zero gravity) setting and no more sore back. I ordered the cool gel ventilated 12 inch memory foam with the base. For the price, very minimal assembly and impressive features on the remote control, Im quite happy with my purchase. I called customer service about how to register my purchase and their rep was so friendly and answered my questions. So far, so good!
This item does definitely need 2 people . It is heavy. Very easy to assemble. It folded open. The only thing you have to do is screw in the legs.
We had it for a bout a week now and it gives us great support. Raising the head makes drinking coffee easier.
I would buy again for a different room.
