This bed is VERY quiet and a breeze to put together. Took me longer to unpack it and move it to the bedroom than it did the setup. Its heavy enough and of substantial quality materials that an additional person to help you maneuver it is a very good idea.
I love the different positions and how the base is built so you arent feeling the rails under your back. The vibration is nice, strong, and different levels. The built in usb is so handy. The only thing that would make this better is if it had a heater! I love this one for just me but if you are a couple I would highly suggest the split king.
I actually assembled it myself. The instructions was very easy to follow and it has a lot of features for the price. I was not impressed by the head and foot massage only but, when I tried it it was awsome I find no fault so far.
King bed frame arrived on time. Delivered to the room we requested, offered to help to assemble, but we did it ourselves. Very easy to assemble / attach legs, motors and connect the color coded cables. There was no printed instruction, except for the remote. We used youtube video. We placed this adjustable frame inside the wood frame we had. Fits perfectly. We like it so far. Motor is very quiet, all the presets work as indicated. There is a slot on the AC adapter for a 9v battery, know clue what it does. Well I just put a battery in! Overall it is steady and well built.
Disliked it very much . It didnt work when we bought it . I started the return process and no one from was helpful . I paid 1500 dollars for a bed that do dont even work that I cant seem to return . I will never recommend ni buy anything from again . I gave it one star because I had to, if it was my choice , it would be a negative star
Its a good price however, on mine, after 3 months of use, the head inclination doesnt hold its position or stay in place. we incline it forward and right away we feel that we are reclining back to 30 degrees within 30 seconds. it seems like the system for the head inclination is leaking air at anything past 30 degrees inclination which is still difficult for us to read in bed. i wonder if the head motor is defective on my unit and just needs replacement?
Bed frame was good till it lasted. Bought it back in June 2017, now its dec 2017 and the front motor has stopped working and locked the bed in an upright position. I had to unhook the pin to let he bed go down. Contacted both and the seller around dec 22, have yet to hear back. Service doesnt seem very good, as others have mentioned.
I had to return my first bed because of it being broke so I had a new one resent and now Im having issues with the bottom brace that keeps the new mattress from sliding off the base. The brace is coming out of the holes that hold it in place. My mattress is a king gel that I just received from you last week.

brace issues
