Easy to assemble, light smell The couch is beautiful and exactly what I needed with the added storage. When they shipped on it stated delivered and Befflin didnt mind me calling to find out about a missing piece. They also did not have a problem with me not being able to load photos and gave me an email to send one of a scratched cushion. Within 2 days I had the replacement. Again in love with the way it makes my living room look.

Great quality for the price. This couch is fantastic.
Pros:
1. Love the modularity! Along with this, I love the fact that I can easily purchase additional pieces to expand the couch (I have plans to get a few more ottomans to turn the L-shape into a U-shape).
2. Instructions were clear enough that each seat took only 5-10 minutes to put together. The instructions were idiot-proof (coming from someone who is not very handy at all). All necessary tools were included in each box along with some spare parts.
3. The storage is excellent and the hinges seem very durable.
4. Velvet material is durable enough to stand up to my cats claws.
5. The color is nice.
6. Item arrived earlier than it was supposed to.
7. I like the fact that the armrest/backrest supports a range of motion.
Cons (all of these are very minor):
1. Static can be an issue sometimes (due to the material being velvet).
2. The connectors can be difficult to put into place if there is any space at all between the seats (you have to squish the seats together to make the connectors go in).
3. The couch is a bit stiff, but Im confident that it will soften with time.
Some things I would like to see:
1. I would have preferred a black couch, but the blue is the darkest color that they had.
2. I wish also offered a microfiber option alongside the velvet option.
3. I wish offered the back pillow separately.
I most definitely love it We are obsessed with this couch - it is so comfy - soft but firm so wont lose shape, the storage under each piece is an amazing feature, and the adjustable backs are genius. Everyone who has come over so far has commented on how nice it is. Definitely worth the money. I only took one star off because the color is not grey. Our whole house is cool tones and this definitely stands out as more of a warm beige. Bothers me so much, but the couch it so comfy and fits all our family that well be keeping it.

Grey is more of a beige
