The bed came in great condition, nothing was missing. It is pretty sturdy, and very easy to assemble, and everything you need is in the box. So far I like this bed frame, I have no complains. I will definitely purchase again from them.

You dont need tools of any type because has everything. 45 minutes took me assembling the first one...30 min the second one.
Bought two twin beds. Instantly impressed by the engineering and quality. If I didnt have a mobility problem, assembly would have taken less than 30 minutes. The included ratchet wrench is a brilliant (and necessary) feature. Didnt take pictures because there are so many reviews with them, but am thrilled with a quality product at a very nice price.

Sturdy and quiet
This bed frame is great. No issues with noise as long as you tighten all your bolts at the end of assembly rather than as you go.
