I was really surprise by the ingenious idea to use the backboard to store items. It would great for later when I have to move out and stuff. And, It looks very good in the bedroom and due to the dark color, it doesnt get dirty that easily either.
The product overall is great. My daughter loves it and the space that it gives her underneath her bed for a desk, drawer, and toys. Due to its height, my personal issue is that Im 6 ft tall and have to hunch in order to get underneath it. Thats not a big deal as I dont spend my time under there other than to help her clean up sometimes. My biggest issue is that the product probably needs some crossbeam support in order to limit wobble in the bed itself. In addition I personally added loctite blue to all of the screws holding it together to prevent them from wobbling loose.
This bed is perfect for our daughter. Its not too low or tall. Her small toy bins can go underneath as well as her bigger toy bin. It took me maybe 1.52 hours to put it together myself. The wood is really thick wood and the directions are so simple. The screws are also labeled. Would definitely recommend.
I was nervous about buying this but Im very happy I did. Assembly was a little weird but that may be a me and my hubby thing lol. All in all its perfect for my 4 year olds small bedroom
My son loves this bed! Hes 3 and made a little spot underneath with all his books and lights he likes to hang out down there and be in his own little world. For the price you just cant beat the joy and fun this can bring you and your little one.
