    Exactly What My Wife Needed!

My wife has Parkinsons and shopping has become too much for her with her walker. She resisted the Power Shopping Carts. Finally figured out that a product like this is what she needs. Since getting this scooter, she gets out at least once a week to go grocery shopping, Walmart, etc. We park in a handicap spot, I assemble the scooter, help her get on and we are off. It has easy to use controls, nice battery guage (5 miles oer charge) and is thoughtfully designed to make getting on and off as easy as is possible. Sturdy flip up armrests and a swivel seat that locks into multiple positions are nice touches. My only small complaint is that the turning radius of this four wheeled version is really wide. Takes some practice but works fine in a store, not sure about inside a home. We only use if for shopping. We chose the stability of having four wheels vs the three wheeled version. This is solidly built, very stable and just feels safe to go on a spin. It seems durable and really is simple to use. The speed control knob limts speed but when turned up to max, will get you someplace in a hurry. After you do it a few times, the assembly and disassembly is quick and pretty painless. Really glad that we purchased this scooter. Its been nearly life changing for my wife

Usable by anyone, of any age

So far, I am using this rig strictly indoors. However, I see no reason it could not be used outdoors. It is ruggedly constructed and very stable. The great turning radius allows easy use indoors without needing extra wide halls or doors. It is very forgiving when you do hit something – like baseboard or the inside of a doorway. Everything that leads is made of slightly soft plastic which bends rather than breaking. I am 6 foot 4 and weigh 220 lbs. While the unit does not have the legroom of the family sedan, it is ample, if slightly cramped. For example, with a cast on my right leg, getting the cast around the steering column to exit the vehicle on the left is a little difficult, but do/able. The obvious solution is to pull up with the right side facing where you need to get off. The battery appears to hold up well. I am in my fifth week of using the thing and have re/charged only three times. For sure once, and possibly twice, recharging was done before the audible warning to recharge went off. It is easy to use and straight forward enough for anyone. The grand/kids love it and someone who is elderly and cautious would find it easy to use. There is a rheostat to control top speed and a hand lever to control forward and back within the range set by the rheostat. Set at its lowest and slowest setting, even the most cautious person would feel safe. Cranking it up to 1/3 speed makes it challenging to navigate inside, but lots of fun. Somewhat the feel of a go/kart. Like so many products, the manual is next to useless. It provides no real guidelines for recharging, only platitudes such as many factors go into determining how far you can go between charges. Tell me something I did not already know. The one glowing miss in the instructions is telling you who to unlock the front wheels. The unit comes with them locked. There is a knob on the front of the steering column which has to be pulled out, then turned to unlock the front wheels. When it arrives, completely dissemble the unit before taking it out of the box. That will make it much lighter to lift. The rear wheel/motor assembly is probably the heaviest of the four main components, and the easiest to remove and re/install. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate recommending this product to almost anyone.

    Love My New Ride!

Loving this mobility scooter. Its very quiet. I went to an outdoor mall a week after receiving it. It was wonderful to be independent (instead of someone pushing my manual wheelchair) and to stay longer than I normally would (when I use my walking cane). I still need to learn how to load/unload it into the trunk of my car. My husband has done it every time. After watching him, itll take some time for me to be able to do it alone. It looks heavy and (I believe) there are five parts. When I left the mall after 3 hours, the charge on the scooter battery barely changed and my own (body) battery wasnt totally drained. Yay! Ive also tested out the speeds and am very impressed at how fast the scooter could go if I ever needed it to. The two cons are turning the wheel and the seat. I havent mastered turning because the wheel doesnt turn all the way. When at the mall, I had to either cut really, really wide or back up go forward several times. The seat is not as comfortable as I would like so I plan to buy a padded seat cover. For these two reasons, I wanted to give it 4 stars but at this price point I just couldnt. It is much better priced than others I was looking at. I hope it holds up. Also, I left the arms off for now. The seat spins to the outside for me to get in and out which is very convenient. I cant wait to take it for another spin. So far, I love my new scooter. Will update this review in a few months.

    Indoors or Outdoors, great scooter!

This has truly changed our lives. We bought this scooter in 2018 and have used it constantly indoors or outdoors. Breaks down into four manageable pieces that are easy to assemble. Now my wife goes where I go, shopping, fishing pier, parks, festivals, etc. Grateful for this!

Great scooter, nice distance, battery hold charge for a long time.

Especially like the fact that it goes in the grass, light gravel and dirt as well as on hard surface. Dismantles quickly, easy to transport in truck of car or truck. Only wish it had a cup holder.
