This bunk bed came in a very heavy box! You will most likely benefit having two people to unpack and assemble. Assembly was somewhat easy with photo instruction, but took a good 3 hrs due to the amount of pieces.
Over all it is sturdy and well made. I love the height of each bunk. Its perfect for my two kids, 2 5. The top is not too tall and the bottom is pretty much on the ground, in case of a roll off. We are very happy with this purchase.
The measurements on the description were spot on, which was super important because my home is small. The instructions were basically just pictures so it was occasionally confusing but mostly enough for me to put it together on my own. Its sturdy for the most part but the one drawer handle came right off and I had to put it back on with screws (which might have been a mistake aesthetically but it works). My kids adore the slide and it arrived early. You want to get mattresses 6 inches thick or less otherwise it can be a safety issue, especially on the top bunk. Overall Im generally pleased although I wish it was just a little better quality controlled.
Bed is pretty nice, easy to put together, would be helpful if you have 2 people for some parts. it is pretty sturdy for how long the legs are but it would be nice if it had a cross beam or 2 to make it more sturdy but no big deal i plan to add 1 or 2 myself.
I love that the height isnt too high for my 2 and 4 year old. Only hassle that I encountered was finding a perfect mattress (which I didnt). I ended up settling for , spa Sensational memory form mattresses (their about an inch short, which isnt too bad). The slats that was provided were sturdy enough (no extra slats needed). I will mention that the ladder isnt as snug to the floor as much (easy to lift). P.s. I also purchased the window lights and neon lights from as well !!
I researched for over a month on finding my kids (who are 8 4) bunk beds. I didnt want the ones too high. These are perfect! The wood is sturdy and not cheap. It didnt take my husband long to assemble it. Worth every penny.
ETA: I reached out to the company, , and for $40 including deliver, they are shipping us a 3/4 railing instead of a 1/2 railing so that we can get rid of the slide and just have the ladder.
We bought two different sets of bunk beds and my husband assembled both this weekend. Our older sons was MUCH easier to assemble than this one - my husband said this was a pain. But that is not the problem. The slide is dangerous. It is very fast and goes straight down. My toddler has hurt his butt several times - even with a pull up on. If he puts his feet down to slow himself at all - it launches him forward, hard. He knows how to ride a slide - he is not new to this - but most slides end above the ground - not directly into it and most arent at this steep angle. I place a pillow beneath it to cushion the drop and that helps a bit - but this thing is a hazard. I dont feel comfortable with my son playing in his room on his own anymore. I wish I had never bought this thing, to be honest. It is very cute and looks just like the picture. It is the perfect size for a three year old and seems sturdy. I will regret this purchase the entire time we have it because we arent going to disassemble it and return it and if you take the slide out - it just leaves an unguarded hole. Dont buy the one with the slide!!!

The slide and ladder are interchangeable and easily detachable. Our 6 1 year old LOVE this! Sturdy and easy to assemble. Just buy it and love it!

It is still standing so I guess it is alright
It is wobbly on top rails and the ladder hooks have bent and the stairs are loose. All of these happened after use.
This slide will throw your kid directly into the floor, hard and fast.
