The shelf came pretty damaged. It was dented in two places / one on the outer edge of the table and the other on the backside of the table where it clips onto the basket. The dents made it unusable. is sending a replacement so fingers crossed its not damaged yet again. The is very thick and durable and our box wasnt dented so its almost as if it was sent damaged straight from production. Besides the damage, the item appears to be as described and functional. My son has a loft bed with rounded rails to this was a good fit. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it
I was looking for some kind of shelf to put books and an alarm clock on for my sons bunk bed and figured i would give this a try. It came in two pieces but is super easy to put together, and does not require any tools. There is a slight incline on the shelf so things would roll towards the basket, not sure if mine is bent or if that is what is intended. It seems really durable and will hold a decent amount of weight. If you have a bunk bed with the round rails take a look at this to see if it would fit, but i would recommend this. This bed was easy enough to assemble even game with extra bolts. It is surprisingly sturdy is very convenient for anyone with more space vertically than square feet. Works great with my computer desk under neither. The bed is surprisingly tall which is a a good thing! The only complaint I have is the ladder spacing is a bit awkward, even as an kids I have miss judged the spacing and my foot has slipped. So be very careful with small children absolutely DO NOT leave them alone on this bed. Im sure kids 10+ would be fine alone. My cat has trouble jumping up to join me on the bed, so that tells you how tall the bed is. Would definitely buy again!
This thing holds up pretty well. Turned the bottom part into a nest with a curtain and TV, and hung a bunch of clothes up on the side. There is a lot more room to walk around now. very reasonably priced as well.
