This is mostly perfect and i cant complain. Im very happy i got it. I read a BUNCH of reviews and this is the one I chose. What would make it perfect perfect is if it came with additional hardware to anchor it to a stud. Also it is awkward climbing up/ my 4year old doesnt have a clear handle at the top to pull herself onto the bed. But she figured it out it just took some practice. Assembly was mid/level easy. Lots of allen wrenching, and a power drill attachment can only be used on a few holes because of the angle/placement. The picture legend of the hardware did not perfectly match the actual hardware so i thought we were sent the wrong hardware (the dimensions drawn were different from actual). We made one mistake and had to undo/redo a small section. Not too big a deal. No squeaks and just a little movement when the kid is climbing/playing above. We put a queen bed beneath and it fits perfectly.
I love this loft bed. It was a little wobbly at first, but we latched it on to the wall and it doesnt move anymore. Also I have an eight foot ceiling and plenty of room to sit up, and the steps dont hurt my feet.
I chose this set of bunkbeds because of the higher weight limit, and the ability to accommodate thicker mattresses. My kids are 10 and 11 years old, and this bed is very sturdy. Overall, I am very impressed and would recommend it.
Downsides:
/assembly was harder than your average furniture assembly. Not impossible, but took several hours.
/ladder rungs are hard on feet. Pinterest has some ideas to soften them that well try.
/ The area beneath the bed is not very tall, and the top bunk space is significantly smaller than the bottom under standard 8ft ceilings ( but the space given for the bottom bunk is huge!)
/I wish it would have come with a small bottle of touch up paint, because there were some nicks in it when we got it I wish it would have come with a small bottle of touch up paint, because there were some chips in the finish/but nothing major.
Again, I would highly recommend these beds. My kids fit in there nicely, and I dont see them outgrowing them anytime soon. They are sturdy, and not creaky.
Got this for our 14yr old. Its perfect for her and allows a hangout space underneath the bed for when friends are over. She loves it and it really utilizes the space in her room.
Purchased and assembled Oct. 2019. Had all components, husband assembled. Ten yr old granddaughter likes it. Futon below. A bit squeaky when the sleeping person rolls around. Dont put a light sleeper under it.
Four ten year olds played atop it one afternoon, and it survived! So far, so good.
Everything was include and my 7year old daughter loves it! Her only complaint is that the ladder hurts her feet when she is climbing. This could not have worked out better for us. We were able to give her, her own space as we are adding a little one to her room

Nice bed.
Love it, but it arrived with dings in the paint and corrosion stains. One end cap was damaged.
Quality loft bed for a great price

Sturdy, deep mattress accommodation, good for tween/teens.

Grey loft bed.
Very sturdy, my 12 year old son was able to assemble it (with very little assistance).
