We purchased 6 of these counter height stools (needed 4, but got 2 extra for company). After looking in stores and online, we chose these for their look and comfort. I saw them (and tried them out) in the Home store, but purchased through Prime and saved $$$ with no shipping cost!
I was looking for sturdy and these fit the bill. The backrest is curved and provides great support. The metal ring that runs on the outside of the stool near the bottom looks good and makes a perfect footrest. You dont have to worry about it chipping like some of the wood stools. Their rustic finish goes with the island and the wood floor. My husband put the stools together and said they were fairly easy to assemble. The bottom of the legs are not protected, so we added the nailed on felt floor protectors to protect our wood floor. Have received many compliments on them.
I just finished putting together these stools and love them. I already own the counter height ones and these go perfectly. Theyre very well-made is which is why I decided to get them after having the shorter version for over a year. Theyre easy to assemble and sturdy. Im quite happy with my purchase
Pub height bar stools went together easily. We lightly sanded all wooden parts, cleaned and spray stained the color of our kitchen cabinets with a satin finish. Thats the main reason for purchasing this particular model. They are really tight to swivel. Dont know if it will loosen up or if well have to do something. Like the looks though, and the seat is just the right diameter. Some models are too small and others take up a lot of room.
Right out of the box I could tell these would be good stools; very solid, heavy wood; beautiful detail on the seating and grain; very sturdy, and VERY easy to put together! LOVE THEM [so far].
I bought 3 Pinnacle Swivel Bar stools and they are perfect! I was impressed on packaging and how well made they are, very sturdy and easy to put together. (Did it myself 15 minutes per chair) Leather seat is comfortable and swivels nicely! I really like the idea of the round metal bar for foot rest rather than shoes resting on wood. I think these will last a long time! I've had many compliments on them so far. I would recommend these to anyone!
Great quality.. sturdy and look great.. super comfortable. My husband bought feet for the bottom so they dont scratch the floor (home depot) didnt come with anything for extra protection
