Only bought this because it was on sale for $130. Ridiculously large tent. Used once so far when it poured rain. Water definitely got on the inside even with tarps around the tent. But its awesome for the price.
This is a nice big tent, and I like the little vestibule porch except when it rains... then it gets absolutely swamped!
And the 2nd time I used it, I pulled the tent poles out and the elastic was broken in all of them! And no - I did not put them away wet. So after replacing the pole elastic, last weekend I used the tent again and the pole for the rain tarp was broken. Very frustrated.
This is a nice tent overall. We used it over the holiday weekend when it rained for about 30 minutes one day (without issue) and stormed for about an hour, but without any high winds or extremely pounding rain (it has a rather leaky back corner we had to put a towel in). We used all stakes and guy-lines to make a very taunt rain cover but it still got wet. We liked the screened porch, but do wish it would have more water Protection. Again, overall nice tent for car camping, will hold 4 adults decently.
First the pros: I was able to set it up myself. Appreciate this fact because it allowed me to pawn the kids off on my spouse after they screamed in the car for the last 30 minutes of a two hour drive while. The big vestibule allowed us to keep all the extra junk you bring when camping with your family outside the sleeping area. Finally the spacious interior allowed me to stand up with my son on my shoulder to rock him back to sleep every two hours during the first two nights.
Now for the cons: the tent stakes are those lightweight little aluminum ones that bend the second they meet the resistance of a damp leaf. Seriously, no one is taking this thing in the back country. It is getting g set up in a developed campsite with the hard packed, gravely tent pads. Give me some appropriate stakes. Also there is no where to put a window unit A/C. My kids were very upset when they realized going outside meant actually going outside.
I love the quick easy setup and takedown. Havent been in wet or windy conditions yet. This tent with the screened annex is perfect for my needs. Reasonably priced too.

Best tent for money
This tent is so sweet! Plenty of room. We went beach camping and had a strong thunderstorm come in. Not a drop of water came in. Best tent ever.

Terrible tent poles and rain gets inside the vestibule.... otherwise OK

Great for dogs
This tent, overall, is great. You do need to pack a tarp or cover for the porch piece. Our dog loves to sleep in the porch portion
Easy to put up
It slept 4 very comfortably
Stay warm and dry
Easy to use and store.

Fast, easy, affordable

Great for my Family Camping Trips
I cannot find one thing to complain about. Holds an inflatable queen size camping mat with room to spare. Very easy to stand up and take down.
