I wanted to love this. Looks beautiful but after 3 months it didnt hold up and actually broke at the joint. Now I need a plumber to remove my screw on piece inside the wall. Sucks big time. For going cheap now I have a large plumber bill, and hoping they bbn wont have to break tile.
When we decided to remodel our master bathroom, I went online to shop for quality items for less. My plumber warned me against getting a shower system online, but once he saw the valve, the trim, and even the way everything was packaged including a pair of white gloves for him to wear to keep everything clean, he was sold. He raved about the quality of the value and really liked the design. He told me a comparable Delta or Moen would run me several hundred dollars more.
I am extremely happy with the look of it, the solid feel of all the parts, and the overall quality. The water pressure is fantastic!!having long, wavy/curly hair, this is really important. Its truly a work of art and adds incredible beauty to our bathroom. I am still even impressed with the way everything was packaged / each part in its own soft fabric bag, everything snug in its place, and those white gloves. Extra parts (washers, etc.) even. And I never once heard frustrated mumbles from my plumber during the installation. He still raves about how much he li it and what a great quality valve it is.
I would highly recommend this shower system and this brand to anyone!
The only downside I see in any of this is that there is only email support (if needed) from the manufacturer. They seem to be very responsive (we didnt need any assistance but my plumber was curious to speak with them), but still, the lack of a support phone is the only negative I can find.
Love the look, the hand held option and the water pressure!! Perfect add to our bathroom remodel. Great price too / local bathroom stores had something similar for lots more money! So glad I found this for our shower.
This product looks great, but too bad it doesnt matter as it doesnt work. Pretty easy to install hook up water lines and use. I put this in a vise grip to tighten the fittings with my own teflon tape. Even after getting them as tight as possible they still leak when water is running. Biggest issue though is I had the valve in the off position and the water continued to run out the shower head. Whatever is supposed to keep the water from going through the valve when it is off is obviously broken. Cheap Chinese crap.
The installation was incredibly easy and quick. The unit is very high quality for the price you pay. Ive never had one of these types of showerheads, but Ive always wanted one. The flow coming through the head is great and I love the fact that you can set the temperature handle and your temperature mix stays where you put it.
I recommend this showerhead to anyone looking for a quality piece at a low price / Compares with units that cost much more.
