This bed was everything we were looking for. Living in a small apartment, we loved the idea of the really accessible storage underneath. Unfortunately, there were 3-4 missing pieces! Customer service we responsive, but it was frustrating having to wait over a week for the pieces to be shipped to us.
The bed overall is not bad for the price but the drawers were horrendous to build. Nothing lined up correctly and every screw required (a dozen + per drawer) you have to basically start and push through solid wood. The frame was pretty easy to build though.
Looked for a bed for our 9 year old with OI, wanted something lower to ground so it was easier to get in and out of. Lots of research and thought! This was by far our best choice. Came faster than we thought, super easy to put together. Well made and looks amazing in his room with new mattress!!! Great price, and now looking to possibly replace our frame and box spring with one!!! No squeaking, good and solid!
This was so easy to put together alone and I am the type of person who needs help with everything. It is very sturdy and I am surprised at how good the quality is for the price. You will not need your own tools because it comes with everything you to assemble it. I recommend.
This bed was really easy to install. The instructions were very clear and it took me about 2 and 1/2 hours by myself to build it. I would recommend two things: one instead of using the Alan wrench that comes with the bed use a screwdriver with the star head, this makes the job much easier. Second I made one mistake with the slats that costed me 1/2 an hour and a lot of stress. Dont put the plastic sleeves in the metal frame before you put the slats. I did that and had to take the sleeves out which turned out to be very difficult. I used WD40 to eventually ease them out of the holes.
The bed looks great and the storage is amazing. I was able to put all of my kids and visitor comforter sets in the bed storage. Now the closets have so much more space. I dont know why I did not do this earlier.
One thing: the bed is very low but in my case it worked out because I have a 10 inch thick mattress so the final height is perfect.
Its a mostly good frame, and assembly was pretty straight forward and simple.
Until the storage drawers. Theyre awful. The screws have managed to destroy 4 screw drivers, on top of poor hole placement and just how hard it is to get the screws in at all. Its been a huge, frustrating task.
Bought this for my teenage daughter. Directions were clear, all parts (with extra screws, etc) were included, and it arrived in excellent condition. The only difficulties we had assembling were minor because we were tired and not paying attention. Upgraded to this bed from an older daybed and her room looks twice as big, despite the same size mattress. The bed headboard is soft and looks more expensive than it is. Good value and sturdy. We love it!!
Awesome bed! Very sturdy and well made! Easily holds my king size purple mattress which weighs 212lbs plus my wife and I. Highly recommend if youre wanting something simple and nice! Super easy to put together as well!
When I saw this bedframe and the price..I figured it must be cheap, hard to assemble, and would probably come damaged. This was not the case at all. This bedrame is super easy to put together and has a great clean look to it. A lot of my friends actually thought I got it from !
There are some reviews saying that youll need a screwdriver or even need to do extra stuff. That was not my experience. EVERYTHING YOU NEED COMES WITH THE FRAME. Everything is labeled and really is idiot proof. Dont overcomplicate it. Buy this and you wont regret it!
First the delivery company xpo that delivered the bed ,had me sign up with a time window and notification which at first seems like the right thing . Heres the thing the company Xpo that deliveries furniture for sub lets the deliveries out . These people delivered the bed frame in the morning before 8am when i set up an appointment time from 3pmto 5pm. so i could have help getting it into my home. Not only did they deliver it early but they never called or texted any delivery window like they were suppose to. They just delivered the expensive piece of furniture and left. The xpo companies customer service sucked too,still waiting for a mangers call back about the matter. So shoppers watch out for this delivery company. Only said that they would replace anything that was broken or missing,luckly it was all ok. Just the delivery by xpo sucked!!!!The product it self is made really well.

Huge pain to assemble drawers.
