Purchased two sets of the 3-Piece Patio Sets. One chair had a broken piece on the back of the chair. I contacted direct to see if we can get a replacement part. stated we had to send the whole set back for a replacement. Its not worth not having the set for two to six weeks, so I guess we have to live with it. Otherwise it seems like a good set for the price, just dont expect any customer service.
A small patio set with a small table. A little low, but not unbearably low. It is made of plastic and it will trap water after rain. Overall it is a nice and affordable patio set.
I had this in my cart since I moved to my new place and am glad I finally pulled the trigger. I NEEDED something to enjoy the summer weather! This is a nice set for my small apartment deck and Im not worried about leaving them out year round in Seattle. They went together pretty easily - about 90% of the way by myself, which not having it click down or have the back click on was mostly cosmetic anyway, didnt seem to make it any less sturdy, but I did have a friend come over and force it together. He actually broke the back piece by getting it stuck in a wrong position, then trying to unstick it, but once clicked in the right position, the broken piece fit back together fine. I like to sit cross legged and since its a hard chair, I sit on a blanket to not hurt my ankle bones, but other than that theyre great.
I just put them together and they seem to be great. There is an issue when assembling the back and the cover piece. You have to line up the tabs meticulously on both sides. If you do this and go slowly it will be fine. I assembled the back first and just before putting the back cover piece on I flipped the chair upside down and used a rubber mallet to tap in the legs the last 1/2 inch or so. This allows for a snug fit and a wide enough space for the back cover to fit exactly right. Then the back cover is just about lining up all tabs before you do any pushing. This included lining up the sides, and bottom tabs. The bottom tabs have a click in mechanism and once you click it you cannot remove it without breaking them, so take your time.
I have purchased several products this spring because they are inexpensive and are mostly without metal parts that can rust in my salt water /beach environment. Unlike their other products, these chairs do have a metal base. Not sure if they will eventually rust. I like the price and the look. Yes they are plastic wicker, but comfortable to sit in. They are, however, surprisingly difficult to assemble. It is not that the instructions are difficult, because they are not. But the parts had to really be forced to fit correctly. But with two people I did get them within half an hour. My largest concern is that the side table looks like a stool or foot rest, but cannot take weight. It says this clearly in the instructions during the assembly but nowhere on the table. I suspect at some point someone will sit on the table thinking it is a stool and it will break. All that being said, it is still a bargain and I would buy again. The pillows pictured below did not come with this purchase.
4 stars because for the money ($120) you wont find an equally elegant and minimalist set of outdoor furniture.
We got multiple sets. One set is on a balcony where we were trying to preserve a view (at the right angle this chair nearly disappears). The only negative here is that from the ground you can see the underside of the chair, which isnt as beautiful as the rest of the chair (but its not horrible, either). The other chairs are on uneven ground near a fire pit but still feel quite stable. May be difficult to get out of for people who have a problem with low seating, needs a lumbar cushion for added comfort.
PROS: Easy to assemble, comfortable, sturdy, attractive, durable, low-maintenance, inexpensive, matches most decors, doesnt obstruct views as much as bulkier chairs.
CONS: Not stackable/foldable for storage, the connectors when assembling needed some extra plastic removed to fully seat, couple of the connectors was broken but still usable. I would suggest redesigning the snap in tabs for added durability and ease of assembly. Also,
Assembly HINT: Use a rubber mallet to pound the back of chair into the seating part (Gently and evenly). The back doesnt easily snap together by hand leaving an unattractive gap. Be careful to align the little plastic tabs, they will snap off relatively easily if not aligned with the holes.
Suggested modification: I drilled three drain holes in the bracing beneath the chair because it was holding water after rain (although the seat part itself dries).

Was easy to put together and is comfortable sitting
Was easy to put together and is comfortable sitting, but will have to see how the pieces hold up in the weather.
Attractive, value priced chairs.
