This season I ordered another set, one chair was not able to be put together because it was broken. I contacted the company and they were super responsive and fixed the situation I within a few days! Super impressed with the product and the service!

This was a very attractive but simple chaise lounges. Added a chaise lounge cushion to give it color. Bought 2 last year and added 2 more this year. Looks great on my patio.

Well packed and undamaged when unboxed. Instructions adequate but spare. Screws and washers of good quality, one extra screw and washer in the pack. Allen wrench included. Single person assembly took only a few minutes.
The welds on the underside won't win any prizes but they are functional and not visible in normal use. When you install and tighten the two screws holding the back rest frame to the base you can slightly adjust the width which changes the tension on the fabric. The paint appears to be powder coating and nicely applied. Only time and weather will show how good it is.
I tested it using a beach towel and it was no better or worse than expected, Some people might want to add a pad or a pillow. We will use it as is. It is light and easy to move. We will not buy a cover and will store it in an area with overhead protection from rain and direct sun.

WE SHOULD BE MAKEING THEM IN THE USA.
I'am concerned with the aluminum wielding (hele-ark). The tacking looks to be not very well done. They are being used around our pool.

Super easy to put together but heavy duty. We did have an issue with the wind here in Texas. They got swept up so catches wind easily.
