So glad I purchased this faucet and not any numerous others that I had researched. Recently had my son install easily with one hole installation, the only problem was getting the old faucet off. It works perfectly so far with great water pressure the ease of using the sprayer, nice to have a 5 yr warranty on it as well. I wanted this type of faucet but not a real tall one since my sink has a window behind it, out of the 15 overall height, only 9.5 from the ledge is showing in front of window. Im getting nice compliments on the brushed gold finish. Was appreciative that the company (after I entered the warranty info) reached out to me via email to ask how I liked my new faucet.
I was hoping to get a stylish kitchen faucet that would increase our low water pressure issue in the kitchen. Didnt fix the issue instead I think it got a little worse
After posting this review, customer service reached out to me to respond to my concerns. Not only did they resolve the issue, their customer service department to great. dont hesitate to buy from this company, they make things right
I didnt want to wait for my husband to install so I did it myself! Super quick and easy! It replaced a that broke in 3 months of having it that was way more. Affordable nice features not UGLY what more could you ask for LOL! At this price range it is shocking how nice it is. Buy it
I cant believe the quality of this faucet. Ive had two s that have leaked in 12 years. I paid double what this We/We cost. Everything is perfect. I never write a review but I am so happy with this faucet I need to share the news. It was so easy to install!
It was easy to install and I loved it. The faucet broke away from the base 11/29/21. I contacted the company. They were quick to respond, and very concerned. They immediately sent a new faucet, and a refund as well, for my trouble. That is the kind of company I want to buy from. The warranty is great. I still like the faucet. It is a beauty. Good customer service and standing behind your product is most important.
